Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Apollo Technologies US ("Apollo," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with your visit to apollotechnologiesus.com (this "Site"). It covers this website only.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
When you use the Contact form on this Site, the name, work email, vertical, and message you enter are submitted to Formspree, our third-party form-processing provider, which relays the submission to our inbox. If Formspree submission fails for any reason, the form falls back to opening a pre-filled email in your own email client instead. See Section 3 for details on Formspree.
If you use the Apollo Client Builder tool, the information you enter (industry, volume, staffing details, etc.) is processed entirely in your browser to generate an illustrative specification and estimate. Nothing you enter into the Client Builder is transmitted to or stored on Apollo's servers or any third party.
If you email us directly, book a call through our scheduling link, or message us through a linked social platform, we receive whatever information you choose to share through that channel, subject to that channel's own privacy practices (see Section 3).
Information collected automatically
This Site uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic and which pages and buttons visitors use (for example, whether the Client Builder or the Contact form was used). Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies or browser storage and does not track you across other websites; it reports aggregated, non-identifying metrics such as page views, referrer, approximate (country-level) location, and device type. This Site does not use advertising pixels or cross-site tracking scripts. Our hosting provider, Vercel, may also generate standard server/CDN access logs (e.g., IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp) for security, abuse-prevention, and infrastructure operations. Apollo does not use these logs for advertising or profiling.
2. How We Use Information
- To respond to inquiries submitted through the Contact page or by email
- To schedule and prepare for discovery calls
- To operate, secure, and maintain this Site
We do not use information collected through this Site to train any AI model, and we do not sell personal information.
3. Third-Party Services
This Site loads resources from, or links out to, the following third parties. Each operates under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review:
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com) — typeface delivery. Your browser requests these files directly from Google.
- Cloudflare (cdnjs) — delivers the Font Awesome icon library used across the Site.
- Formspree — processes and stores Contact form submissions and relays them to our inbox, per Formspree's own privacy policy and retention practices.
- Calendly — our scheduling link opens Calendly's website in a new tab to book a call; Calendly's own privacy policy governs data you provide there.
- VectorShift — the "Apollo Copilot" chat link on the Healthcare page opens a third-party chatbot in a new tab. Do not share PHI or other confidential information in that chat.
- LinkedIn and X (Twitter) — footer links to our company profiles; each platform's own privacy policy applies when you visit them.
- Vercel — our hosting provider, which also provides the cookieless Web Analytics described in Section 1 and processes standard access logs.
4. Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained in Formspree per its own retention practices and in our ordinary business email records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and document the inquiry, or as required by law. Vercel Web Analytics data is aggregated and non-identifying; see Vercel's own documentation for its retention period. We do not otherwise store personal data collected through this Site.
5. Your Choices and Rights
You may ask us to tell you what information we hold about you (typically limited to emails you've sent us) or to delete it, by contacting intelligence@apollotechnologiesus.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR or state privacy laws (e.g., the CCPA/CPRA in California); we will honor applicable requests to the extent they apply to the limited information described in this policy.
6. Children's Privacy
This Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. International Visitors
Apollo Technologies US is based in Frisco, Texas, and this Site is operated from and hosted in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you understand that any information you provide may be processed in the U.S.
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information sent to us, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
