Terms of Service
Effective date: July 8, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of apollotechnologiesus.com (this "Site"), operated by Apollo Technologies US ("Apollo," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. What This Site Is
This Site is informational and promotional. It describes Apollo's services, methodology, and the industries we work in (Healthcare, Financial Services, and Legal & Compliance), and provides a Contact form and scheduling link for prospective clients.
2. The Apollo Client Builder
The Client Builder tool on this Site generates an illustrative agent specification and ROI estimate based on the information you enter. These outputs — including turnaround times, hour savings, and dollar figures — are illustrative estimates for discussion purposes only. They are not quotes, guarantees, commitments, or a substitute for a formal statement of work. Actual results depend on your organization's specific systems, data, volume, and processes, and will be scoped in a separate written agreement before any work begins.
3. No Professional Advice
Content on this Site referencing HIPAA, FINRA, SEC Regulation Best Interest, ABA Model Rule 1.6, or any other law, regulation, or professional standard is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, compliance, financial, medical, or other professional advice, and should not be relied on as such. You should consult your own qualified counsel or advisors about how any law or regulation applies to your organization.
4. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Statements on this Site describing systems as "designed around," "informed by," or "architected for" a given regulatory framework describe engineering intent and design targets, not a certification, attestation, or guarantee of compliance. Achieving and maintaining regulatory compliance is a shared responsibility that depends on your organization's own policies, oversight, and implementation, in addition to any system Apollo builds or configures for you.
5. Intellectual Property
The Apollo Technologies US name, logo, and the content, design, and structure of this Site are owned by Apollo or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share this Site's content for your own evaluation of Apollo's services, but you may not copy, reproduce, or use our name, logo, or content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
6. Third-Party Links and Services
This Site links to third-party services, including Calendly (scheduling), VectorShift (chatbot), and our LinkedIn and X profiles. We don't control these third parties and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use this Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to this Site or its underlying systems; (c) scrape, crawl, or harvest data from this Site by automated means beyond ordinary search-engine indexing; or (d) interfere with the Site's normal operation.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
This Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apollo Technologies US will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of this Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Apollo harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of this Site or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
